9-10 cups popped popcorn, salted
2 squares (4 oz) vanilla flavored almond bark
Melt almond bark in microwave, checking after each minute.
Stir into popcorn until evenly coated. Use a big bowl and stir gently.
Add sprinkles (lots of them!) and mix in before almond bark hardens.
I make popcorn ALL THE TIME and always use this Stir Crazy, 1/3 cup popcorn, and 1 T olive oil.
This recipe is great for potlucks, parties, or just a night that needs a festive snack! I’m bringing it as a girls weekend snack — perfect refueling after intense shopping time!
